Dear Namgay, There is no specific requirement, but our core business is on web based application development, so if you have knowledge on web based application development, and databases, we take in people in that field. Experience is good, but we do train our staffs on it, and most importantly, we are a small firm, with utmost importance given on developing it locally, and using the local resources for any of our projects, and till now any projects undertaken by our firm is of our own local expertise.
